These terms govern your use of ringcraft.co.za and the Ringcraft OS fighter platform.

Who operates this site
Ringcraft OS is operated by COACT Studio, a South African business, contactable at hello@coact.co.za. These details are provided in line with section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. Ringcraft OS is a fighter development, journey-tracking and sponsorship platform, published from South Africa.

Accepting these terms
By using the site or a fighter account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.

Fighter accounts
- Access to the fighter workspace is by invitation only.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secret and for activity on your account.
- Tell us immediately at hello@coact.co.za if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
- Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- You must keep the information on your profile accurate and lawful.

Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to publish unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringing content, to impersonate anyone, to harvest data, to interfere with security, or to attempt access to areas or records that are not yours. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken or where we reasonably suspect abuse.

Content you submit
You keep ownership of the profile content you upload. You give us permission to host and display it on the platform, and to publish the fields you mark as public. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Our content and trademarks
The site design, brand marks, text and code are owned by COACT Studio and its partners and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Coact™ is a trademark of its owner. Other names and marks shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

Third-party links and partners
The site links to external sites and social profiles, including Coact™, Spaceboy Innovation Hub, Darkline Industries and Kaizen Jeans. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

No guarantees on outcomes
Ringcraft OS supports fighter development and sponsorship conversations. We do not promise sponsorship, funding, selection, results in the ring, or any particular commercial outcome. Nothing on the site is legal, medical, financial or training advice.

Availability
We work to keep the platform available, but it is provided as it stands. Features change, and planned maintenance is published on the platform updates page.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, COACT Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, lost sponsorship or loss of data arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies to you. You agree to hold us harmless against claims arising from content you publish or from your misuse of the platform.

Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy and cookie notice.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction. Complaints or questions go to hello@coact.co.za.
