PAIA notice

COACT Studio acts as the Information Officer for Ringcraft OS. All requests are received at hello@coact.co.za.

Fighter account and profile records, sponsor and partner correspondence, platform operating records, and the ordinary business records of the operator. Records may be withheld where PAIA allows or requires it, for example to protect another person's privacy or confidential information.

• Email hello@coact.co.za with the subject line "PAIA request".
• Give your full name, contact details, and the records you are asking for.
• Say which right you are trying to exercise or protect, and how the records will help.
• Tell us the form and language in which you want the records.

We respond within the time allowed by PAIA, normally 30 days, and will tell you if that period must be extended. Prescribed fees may apply to requests for records.

The full PAIA manual is available free of charge on request. Email hello@coact.co.za and we will send a copy.

You may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa or approach a court. The Regulator's contact details are published on its official website.
